Can I use my own brand and domain for emails?
Yes. All emails are sent from your domain and carry your branding. FlyCode runs behind the scenes — customers never see our name.
How is FlyCode's outreach product different from other tools like Stripe failed payment emails or Profitwell emails?
FlyCode has robust models powering communications. It means we will coordinate emails with retries - we don’t send emails immediately on soft declines to reduce voluntary churn, we set different email schedules for hard declines (Stripe sends only 1-2), we send emails at the user’s local time, and we send simple transactional emails with the best sender score and deliverability. Stripe billing payment recovery settings, will send an email every time they retry the payment (it means users can get up to 8 emails). Profitwell uses very basic email logic per retry.
What do you mean by “local time delivery”?
FlyCode detects the customer’s timezone (based on the card data) and schedules email sends for hours when they’re most likely to open and act — avoiding 2 a.m. messages that get buried.

For hard declines, FlyCode adjusts the messaging cadence to be faster, uses dynamic templates with specific actions (like “update your card”), and sequences outreach based on past engagement.

Emails are transactional-only with a 95+ sender score. We use transactional infrastructure (not marketing email platforms), enforce SPF/DKIM alignment, and optimize sender domains.
Will this interfere with my current email system or subscription platform?
No. FlyCode coordinates email sends with payment retries to avoid collisions with other tools. It won’t duplicate or overwrite your existing dunning flows unless you want it to.
